In my sessions…

…I look at my clients through my holistic lenses. My goal is to support you through TOUCH, MOVEMENT and CONVERSATION to reach Your goals. It can be any physical or mental goal given you are generally „healthy“. We define these goals during the first session(s) and we are working together towards them over time. I do not offer a fix, I am there to ask questions with you and help you to go deeper in your own research of your own self.
